Date:2025-12-29

The Engineering Research Center of Intelligent Service Technologies for Digital Publishing (Ministry of Education) is hosted by Wuhan University of Technology. It is jointly constructed with Wuhan University of Technology Digital Publishing Engineering Co., Ltd., Publishing House of Electronics Industry Co., Ltd., Sinomaps Press (China Map Publishing Group), and the Northern National Copyright Trading Center.

Addressing the technological demands of intelligent services in digital publishing, the Center conducts research in five key areas:

1.Intelligent perception and integration of cross-media digital publishing resources;

2.Intelligent evaluation and analysis of user interests and learning states;

3.Intelligent discovery and precise adaptation of knowledge services;

4.Trusted transactions and intelligent copyright confirmation based on blockchain technology;

5.Construction and management of publishing content knowledge aggregation platforms.

Through Industry-University-Research collaboration, the Center coordinates tasks across "technological innovation, model innovation, achievement transformation, and industrial promotion." It explores open, shared system platforms and innovative industrial models for the entire digital publishing value chain, forming an integrated talent cultivation model.

The Center aims to conquer core and key generic technologies, including intelligent semantic analysis of multimedia resources, efficient retrieval of cross-media resources, user-adaptive learning modeling, personalized knowledge sequence recommendation, cross-domain collaborative recommendation, and blockchain-based collaborative data asset management.

Ultimately, the Center strives to become a distinctive hub for technology transfer and interdisciplinary talent cultivation in cultural-technological integration. It aims to drive the high-quality development of China’s digital publishing and knowledge service industries, providing critical support for national strategies in education, science, technology, and culture, and serving as a vital engine for the digital economy.
