By overcoming bottlenecks in publishing integration technologies, the Laboratory promotes the alignment of talent cultivation with emerging digital technologies. It provides technical support for industry development and standard formulation, contributing to the establishment of independent innovation mechanisms and platforms for China’s publishing integration sector.
Coinciding with the unveiling, the First Publishing Integration Technology Editorial Innovation Competition was launched. As the Laboratory's inaugural initiative, this competition serves as a significant step in promoting integrated publishing practices. It plays a crucial role in reinforcing integration concepts, guiding development directions, facilitating the transformation of editors into all-media professionals, and upgrading content production, management, and services to enhance the competitiveness of China’s publishing industry.
